This simple recipe uses coconut water and the flesh of the coconut, feel free to switch nut milk to coconut milk if you prefer a creamier finish.
Mango and pineapple are perfect alongside bananas for a tropical island flavour but you could just as easily use frozen berries.
Add all the ingredients together and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
- 1 1/4 CUPS ALMOND MILK (OR ANY NUT / DAIRY/ COCONUT MILK OF YOUR CHOICE)
- 1/4 CUP COCONUT WATER
- 2 FROZEN BANANAS
- 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT PULP
- 1/4 CUP OF MANGO (OR FRUIT OF YOUR CHOICE)
