Every mēditatif product is curated with a set of core values that reflect our unwavering commitment to your well-being and the environment. In every formulation we adhere to four fundamental principles; naturally sourced ingredients, sustainability, the absence of harmful ingredients and rigorous dermatological testing for safety. Read on to discover what each of these values mean, and embark on a journey of mindful, clean and sustainable self-care. 

DERMATOLOGICALLY TESTED

Dermatological testing assesses a product's potential to cause irritation and sensitisation (allergic reactions) on the skin. For a product to be dermatologically tested, there is a process involved called repeat-insult patch testing, and it's conducted on human volunteers. All méditatif products are dermatologically tested to ensure they are gentle on skin.

CONSCIOUSLY CREATED

We diligently ensure that every ingredient we use and every element of our packaging is ethically and responsibly sourced. With sustainability as our guiding principle, we strive to make a positive impact on both our customers’ well-being and the health of our planet.

CLEAN

We are committed to making safe, clean products that deliver real results, free of ingredients linked to harmful health effects. At méditatif, all our products are free from Petroleum, BHT, Alcohol, EDTA, Silicon, Phenoxyethanol, Parabens.

Furthermore, we prioritize ingredients that are biodegradable and are nonpersistent in the environment.

NATURAL

At méditatif we strive to use the highest percentage of natural ingredients in all of our products. Prioritising ingredients that are extracted from plants, minerals and flowers, rather than artificial (manmade) origins.  Natural origin means ingredients that are grown or cultivated rather than those synthesised from petrochemical ingredients.

We believe in transparency and have compiled a comprehensive list of all the ingredients found in our products, so you know where they're derived from and the benefits they bring to our carefully crafted products.

Derived from coconut oil.

This emollient ingredient is known for it's moisturising properties and helps give your skin a soft, smooth appearance. It also helps the formula glide on your skin.

Serenity Oil

Vegetable oil derived from the seeds of the rapeseed plant.

A non-fragrant oil that has emollient and antioxidant properties. A rich source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids to strengthen and smooth the skin's surface and repair the skin barrier.

An oil derived from caprylic acid, a fatty acid found in coconut oil.

It functions as a skin conditioning agent (emollient) and a texture-enhancing ingredient to provide the optimal sensorial experience when applying your skincare.

Derived from glycerine, obtained mainly from plant-based sources.

Used as an alternative to parabens for its natural preservative action and benefits as a skin conditioner. It boosts the antimicrobial efficacy of the formulation to protect from spoilage.
